Recently Microsoft released their own improved browser, the Microsoft edge and I decided to try it out.

So after installing it and importing my data from google chrome (which was a very easy setup), I used it for a couple of days. After a few days of usage, I decided to run some tests and I should say it is much better.

Here, lemme show you one simple test I ran. I opened 3 tabs that I use the most on both chrome and edge. They were youtube, outlook mail, and my college portal.

The top tab is the google chrome and the bottom one is Microsoft edge.

And then I opened the task manager to check on how much of memory both of these browsers were consuming and for a fact I didn't have any other process running in the background. Have a look at the results and be the judge.

The task manager stats.

Google chrome was using almost 20% more memory than Microsoft edge. For computers which most of us have 20% of extra free memory is a boon and can be put to better use. I know what I am using. DO YOU??

Its time to switch.😎 #makeTheRightChoice.

Microsft Edge. The new CHAMP!!
